Short description
Dávka is a personal GLP-1 treatment journal. People use it to log doses from their own plan, injection sites on a 3D body, feelings and symptoms and their weight in one place, and to set discreet reminders. Food, protein and water are an extra. The journal works offline and without registration, and entries are stored on the phone. It is not a medical device.
Long description
GLP-1 medications are used on a regular schedule, and treatment comes with lots of small things to keep in mind: the dose day, rotating injection sites, reminders, how you feel and your weight. Dávka is a personal journal that keeps track of all of this in one place and turns it into an overview for the doctor before a checkup. Nutrition and hydration are an extra.
The app is built around privacy: the core features work offline and without registration, it uses no ads or third-party analytics, and the optional encrypted backup runs on a server in the Czech Republic. Reminders on the lock screen never mention the medication or dose. AI meal recognition needs a connection and only works with consent; Dávka’s server doesn’t store the photo or description.
Dávka deliberately doesn’t calculate or recommend anything: doses are recorded exactly as prescribed by the doctor, and symptoms or measured values are never assessed. The doctor always decides on treatment.

- Please don’t associate Dávka with specific medications or their manufacturers. The app is not affiliated with them, and our materials only mention the GLP-1 class of medications.
